Description

About the company

Our client is a software company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own the self-serve growth funnel for a software product, from first discovery through onboarding to activation. Diagnose where users drop off, design and run A/B tests and growth experiments, and write much of the code needed to ship them. Work closely with the founding team in a hands-on role with a path toward building something of your own.

What you'll do

- Own the self-serve acquisition funnel end to end, from discovery through onboarding to activation.

- Find the exact points where users disengage and decide how to fix them.

- Ship early funnel improvements within your first few weeks.

- Set funnel goals and choose whether to pull product, onboarding or marketing levers based on data and business judgment.

- Write most of your own code to build and run A/B tests and growth experiments.

- Partner closely with the founding team, who are handling other go-to-market work.
