Growth Products GTM & Program Manager, APAC
NewBe an early applicantAs Growth Products GTM & Program Manager for APAC, you will be the dedicated go-to-market architect and program execution lead for ServiceNow's highest-priority growth products across the region. Specifically, you will own the GTM strategy and regional program management for Security and Identity solutions (Armis, Veza), AI-powered employee productivity (Moveworks), and the AI control tower (AICT) suite - driving pipeline, sales activation, and customer adoption across India, Asia & Korea, and ANZ.
This is a highly cross-functional role at the intersection of strategy and field execution. You will translate global product GTM strategies into APAC-ready programs that field teams can land and scale. Working alongside regional Business Managers, field sales, marketing, and channel teams, you will design and run the plays, cadences, and programs that move these products from emerging to established motions in the region. A core part of your mandate is driving AI acceleration - ensuring the field is equipped, activated, and executing on AI-native opportunities across all growth products.
This role requires someone who thrives at the pace of a product launch - able to hold multiple GTM programs simultaneously, build trust with both product specialist teams and field sales, and turn strategy into measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes. You will have direct visibility into ServiceNow's most strategically important growth bets and the opportunity to shape how APAC leads the way in making them successful.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end GTM program for Armis, Veza, Moveworks, and AICT across APAC. Design and execute regional landing plans for each product, working with global product teams to translate strategy into APAC-contextualized plays, coverage models, and pipeline programs.
Drive sales activation and field readiness across APAC markets for the growth products. Build and deliver enablement programs, landing kits, and competitive positioning that equip field teams to identify, qualify, and close growth product opportunities.
Lead AI native sales acceleration across the APAC field. Define the APAC approach to AI-native selling, track adoption across regions, identify blockers, and work with the Head of APAC GTM and regional Business Managers to drive consistent execution against AI-native pipeline targets.
Build and manage program cadences across all growth products — tracking deal momentum, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional execution. Maintain a clear view of pipeline health, top opportunities, and program risks across the portfolio.
Partner with Marketing to co-design and execute demand generation programs, events, and pipeline acceleration campaigns specific to growth products. Ensure marketing investment is aligned to the moments and accounts that matter most for each product.
Coordinate with partner teams to integrate the channel into growth product GTM motions. Define the partner play for each product, identify top partners by Major Area, and ensure partner-sourced pipeline is tracked and accelerating.
Represent the growth products portfolio in APAC pipeline reviews, QBRs, and leadership forums. Provide structured updates on program performance, pipeline coverage, and execution gaps — with clear recommendations for intervention.
Serve as the APAC voice to global product and GTM teams for Armis, Veza, Moveworks, and AICT. Surface APAC-specific market intelligence, competitive dynamics, and execution feedback that informs global strategy and product roadmap decisions.
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
~10 years of total work experience, with 5+ years in GTM strategy, sales strategy, product GTM, or program management in enterprise software or SaaS.
Demonstrated experience running go-to-market programs for emerging or recently launched enterprise products - including sales enablement, pipeline generation, field activation, and adoption tracking.
Strong understanding of enterprise software sales motions, including specialist sales, channel/partner dynamics, and the interplay between field sales and product GTM teams. Experience with security, identity, or AI product categories is a plus.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent programs at pace - comfortable holding four product motions simultaneously, prioritizing across competing demands, and delivering through influence rather than authority.
Cross-functional collaborator who builds trust quickly with both field-facing and product-facing stakeholders.
Strong analytical capabilities - able to build pipeline models, track program performance, identify gaps, and present clear, data-backed recommendations to senior leadership.
APAC experience and regional awareness strongly preferred. Understands the market dynamics, customer buying patterns, and cultural nuances across India, Asia & Korea, and ANZ, and knows how to adapt global GTM plays accordingly.
Exceptional communicator - clear, concise, and confident in both executive forums and working sessions. Able to prepare and deliver crisp updates to senior stakeholders and facilitate cross-functional alignment with ease.
Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous, high-growth environments. Energized by building structure where none exists, moving fast, and learning new product domains quickly.
