Your Day-to-Day
New Channel Development
- Develop and scale new acquisition channels.
- Optimize channel performance and processes.
New Product Development
- Support product development through market research and customer insights.
- Define positioning, pricing, and GTM.
- Identify product growth opportunities.
Strategic Planning
- Identify business opportunities through data and market analysis.
- Build business cases and growth experiments.
Project Execution
- Drive cross-functional execution.
- Present performance updates and recommendations.
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-7 years of experience in Growth, Strategy, Business Development, Product Management, Consulting, Project Management, or related functions.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects from ideation through execution and scaling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert data into actionable business recommendations.
- Experience conducting market research, business case development, and opportunity sizing.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting recommendations to senior management.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and building new initiatives from scratch.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools (PowerPoint/Google Slides).
