Growth Specialist - Performance Marketing

Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Growth Specialist to drive user acquisition across the region through high-performing digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns for D2C brands with a strong focus on performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns targeting audiences.

- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROAS and customer acquisition.

- Drive user growth and revenue through data-driven marketing strategies.

- Monitor campaign performance using KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM, and Conversion Rate.

- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, landing pages, and ad copies.

- Collaborate with Creative, Product, and Analytics teams to improve campaign performance.

- Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, and reporting tools.

- Identify new audience segments and growth opportunities across regional markets.

- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and AI-powered marketing tools.

Requirements:

- 3 - 6 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Growth Marketing.

- Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.

- Experience managing campaigns for D2C brands or consumer internet businesses.

- Proven track record of driving user acquisition and revenue growth.

- Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversion optimization.

- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.

- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with strong analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience marketing consumer apps or digital subscription products is an added advantage.
