We are looking for a data-driven and user-focused Growth Specialist to improve seller success, commercial customer performance, and monetisation effectiveness across our platform.
What You Will Do & How You Make an Impact
Lead go-to-market strategies for new and existing products and features, driving paying user acquisition, seller success growth, and a seamless user experience.
Work closely with marketing, product, sales, and data teams to design, launch, and monitor impactful campaigns and promotions.
Drive growth initiatives focused on conversion rate optimisation, user engagement, and transaction frequency.
Own features and initiatives that stimulate listing activity, seller performance, and monetisation, such as enhanced listing options, targeted promotions, and user incentives.
Build dashboards, track key performance indicators, and generate actionable insights to improve platform performance and user satisfaction.
Coordinate smoothly between technical teams and business units to ensure effective planning, implementation, and communication.
Support other initiatives aligned with the vertical’s goals and the company’s overall vision
Proven experience in developing and executing successful GTM plans, preferably within the automotive, e-commerce, or tech industry.
Strong track record of managing sales funnels and exceeding targets.
Solid understanding of marketing principles, customer segmentation, and campaign analytics.
Critical thinker with strong reasoning and logical problem-solving skills.
Highly self-motivated with excellent project and stakeholder management capabilities.
Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Positive work ethic with a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude.
High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
Fluent in both Vietnamese and English.
Knowledge or passion for the vehicle industry or automotive market trends is a big plus.
Data mindset; familiarity with SQL or BigQuery is an advantage.
