How you create impact
- Support the successful administration and coordination of global projects and processes, ensuring smooth execution and alignment across teams.
- Collect, organize, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, uncover inconsistencies, and drive process improvements.
- Contribute to process standardization, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and quality.
- Create, maintain, and update SOPs, guidelines, and working procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Resolve employee and stakeholder inquiries in a timely manner while identifying opportunities for process enhancements and improved user experience.
What we would like you to bring
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to work efficiently with data and reports.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees, stakeholders, and international teams.
- Knowledge of Benefits Administration and a strong understanding of related processes and best practices.
- A strong analytical mindset with the ability to work confidently with large volumes of data and translate insights into meaningful actions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in every task.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple activities in a dynamic environment.
- The confidence and collaboration skills to build relationships with international stakeholders across different functions and cultures.
- A proactive attitude, curiosity, and a willingness to learn, grow, and continuously improve processes and ways of working.
- A university degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
