GS Image and Style Specialist

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience. High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role) with Minimum 5 years of job-related experience. A relevant experience as Cabin Crew or make-up specialist is a plus.

• Command of English language.

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to capture the attention of an audience and to follow-up on messages delivered.
• Up-to-date knowledge and skills on skin care, make-up application and well-being of physical health.
• Ability to note and highlight behaviors and actions, which require corrective feedback, and be able to deliver that feedback in a constructive manner.
• Good computer literacy in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to facilitate and demonstrate training sessions on facial, make-up, grooming, and conduct.
• Managerial skills - ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills. Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
Preferred
• Knowledge of uniform handling processes.
