GSC Solution & Delivery Technical Partner

This role mainly focus on GSC (Global Supply Chain) China digital transformation. GSC BP (Solutions GSC Solution & Delivery Technical Partner) need to understand whole GSC end to end process, challenges, IT landscape and drive GSC digital plan realization. Transit all related business and IT knowledge into IT transformation programs, work with enterprise IT team to optimize business process and reapply it into whole digital transformation plans to really support GSC to improve efficiency and bring value. The major responsibilities are: Business engagement and partnership with business sponsors & key players to secure customer satisfactionManage/propose valid demand aligning with GSC STRIVE winning plan to enable biz robustnessLead the solution design and governance to secure strong infra/security foundation, application architecture design rules, and operation & sustainability with valid business case. Key responsibilities are include:Evaluate and select appropriate software, hardware, integration methods, technical stack, etc.Plan and design the structure of technical solution with proper conceptual and logical application models and flowcharts.Lead and deliver all planned projects/initiatives to achieve biz target as well as PMO/Fin KPIs following E.IT standard methodologyLead 0 to 1 POCs to explore new technologies and improve digital competenceManage service escalation and streamline the operation processPromotes business projects and value to the IT leaders and communityQualifications· At least 4 years’ experience in taking the role of IT business partner, project manager for supply chain· Strong business know-how of supply chain operation including plants/DC operation processes, LEAN methodology, etc.· Proven experience in biz process analysis, manage digital demand, lead IT solution design.· Proven experience in playing IT project manager of both ERP & non-ERP project / programs. PMP certificate is required.· Has deep understanding & hands-on experience in areas: SAP, BI, MES, software development, cloud operation, infrastructure, Cyber Security, IT services, etc.· Understand Smart Factory, IOT concept and best practices like 5G, AI industry scenarios, etc.· Self motivated, customer oriented, strong communication skills, be resilient / positive under pressure, quick learner· Has capability to take multiple tasks / projects in parallel, collaborate with multiple parties and lead a virtual team to achieve defined objectives· Adapt to change environment, has capability to manage conflict and break through the challenges and difficulties to drive the expected result
