GSOC Agent

You will monitor enterprise security systems and operational conditions in a 24/7 control center. You will identify, triage, and escalate incidents, coordinate communications and resource dispatch, document response activities, and support investigations. You will complete system checks, follow operational playbooks, attend required training, and participate in shift briefings.

Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise security systems, including CCTV, access control, alarm monitoring, drone platforms, Blue Force Tracking, OSINT resources, and related technologies.
• Identify, assess, triage, and escalate security incidents according to established procedures and escalation protocols.
• Maintain enterprise-wide situational awareness by monitoring operational conditions, system alerts, and emerging threats.
• Coordinate with on-site personnel, internal stakeholders, and emergency responders during security incidents.
• Dispatch and track security resources and document incidents and response activities in incident management systems.
• Review video, compile documentation, and support security investigations.
• Perform routine system checks and follow established SOPs and operational playbooks.
• Participate in training, maintain proficiency with GSOC technologies and security platforms, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in pre-shift and post-shift briefings to support communication, operational readiness, and shift turnover.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in a GSOC, SOC, dispatch, emergency communications, monitoring center, military, law enforcement, or similar operational environment.
• Experience using CCTV, access control, alarm monitoring, or comparable security technologies.
• Ability to learn and operate multiple security platforms, monitoring systems, and operational technologies.
• Analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work assigned shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Must be insurable under the company vehicle insurance policy.
