Who We Are

We’re building AI that learns from the factory environment and turns that knowledge into better decisions on the floor. The point is simple: better decisions and better execution while the work is happening.

Our Palo Alto-based team brings experience from Stanford, BCG, Porter, and Mercedes-Benz. Our founders have built a unicorn and raised hundreds of millions from firms like Sequoia and Tiger Global. This is a chance to join a well-funded early-stage company already working with active design partners and a long waitlist of manufacturers eager to work with us.

We believe this is one of the largest unsolved opportunities in AI: building systems that help run the physical world. If you want to build AI that leaves the browser and changes how the physical world operates, you should talk to us.

The Role

We're looking for ambitious interns who want to learn what it takes to build an AI company from the ground up.

You'll work directly with our founders on sales, customer conversations, partnerships, marketing, events, strategy, and whatever else needs to get done that week. One day you might be helping close a customer, the next attending an industry conference, and the next building a new outbound campaign.

If you're looking for a structured internship where you spend your summer making PowerPoint slides, this probably isn't it. If you want ownership, responsibility, and an opportunity to have real impact from day one, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Help us win new customers.
• Research industries, companies, and potential partners.
• Support sales, marketing, and business development initiatives.
• Attend customer meetings, demos, conferences, and events.
• Work directly with the founders on strategic projects.
• Jump in wherever you're needed. Startup life changes fast.

What We're Looking For

• Ambitious, curious, and excited to build.
• Excellent communicator with strong people skills.
• Self-starter who enjoys figuring things out.
• Comfortable wearing many hats and moving quickly.
• Interested in AI, startups, manufacturing, or enterprise software.

No prior startup experience required. We care far more about curiosity, work ethic, and the desire to learn than checking every box.

Palo Alto, California or Remote.

Compensation

Competitive internship compensation based on experience and location. Exceptional interns may receive a full-time offer after the internship.
