GTM Engineer

Open 20d

Summary

Build and automate Rilla’s go-to-market systems in NYC, scaling paid ads, outbound, and integrations while shipping growth experiments with code and no-code tools.

This role is full-time, in-person, in NYC. We offer relocation assistance.

A Foundational Company

Rilla is on a mission to index the offline world.

Today, we’ve built the leading sales coaching software for organizations doing sales offline. We have over 1000 customers, including The Home Depot, KKR, Neighborly, and PulteGroup, using our product to enable AI sales coaching across their organization.

We are backed by Google Ventures, Bessemer Ventures, Crew Capital, and Broom Ventures, along with others.

We’re an in office team in NYC with builders who operate like high speed reinforcement learners. We obsess over our customers, move at a high velocity, are not afraid of failure, and look to maximize our real-world impact.

If you want to build the products and systems for how billions of conversations in the real world are captured and indexed, Rilla is the place to do it.

The Role

You'll join a growth team that runs like a product and engineering team. Ideas become live experiments in days, not quarters.

You'll continue scaling paid ads, one of our most promising growth channels, working directly with our Head of Growth. You'll also help scale outbound, and whatever comes next.

You'll have a massive unfair advantage: a brand our customers already love, NPS higher than the iPhone, and a product that sells itself once people see it.

And you'll join the next generational company while it's still early.

Who You Are

  • 🧠 An infinite learner. Someone who is always curious. You quickly learn new technologies and execute independently. You are a generalist who will deep dive into a challenge.

  • 🛠️ A builder. You find manual processes offensive. When you see a broken handoff or a repetitive task, you can't help but wire up the system that fixes it forever. You code, you connect APIs, you ship.

  • 📊 Incredibly analytical. You live in the data. You find the signal, build the model, and let the numbers make the call.

  • 🎨 Incredibly creative. You come up with growth ideas nobody else thinks of — then actually build them.

  • 🏆 A superstar. You dedicate your life to mastering your craft and leaving your mark on the world, and want to be around a team that is similarly obsessed with greatness. We work 6 days a week, 12-hour days, because to us, building and defining the future is the most fulfilling thing in the world.

  • 🤝 A team player. You love giving and receiving feedback, and learning and growing as a team.

  • 📈 Unafraid of failure. You take risks. You see failure as an opportunity to learn, grow, and be better the next time. In a weird way, you trick your brain into being excited when you fail, because it means you got a new opportunity to learn more.

What You'll Do

  • Work directly with our Head of Growth to scale our Meta ads program: creative testing, audience strategy, budget scaling, and relentless performance optimization

  • Automate everything. You hate manual work. Anytime you see a repetitive process, you build the automation that kills it

  • Contribute to our growth stack: Clay workflows for enrichment, list building, and personalization at scale, HubSpot workflows and integrations, and everything in between

  • Ship things yourself: landing pages, websites, automations, internal tools. You never wait on an engineer

  • Wire tools together with code, APIs, and webhooks. If two systems don't talk, you make them

  • Integrate AI into growth workflows for personalization and content at scale

  • Force-multiply the SDR team with better data, better targeting, and less manual work

  • Find and ship new ways to accelerate Rilla's growth: new channels, new funnels, new experiments. Kill what doesn't work fast, double down on what does

  • Get in the trenches on anything growth. If it grows Rilla, you'll play an integral part in building it

What You'll Love

  • Hands-on experience running Meta Ads in-platform (not just managing agencies), and strong opinions on what makes ad creative work

  • Proficiency in Clay, HubSpot, and the modern GTM stack (Make, n8n, Zapier, Apollo)

  • Coding ability: React, Python, JavaScript, or SQL. You're comfortable with APIs and webhooks, and you can ship a website, landing page, or automation without waiting on engineering

  • Built automations that killed manual work. You can point to systems you created that are still running without you

  • Taken something that works and scaled it. You know how to find the levers that unlock the next order of magnitude

  • Comfort in spreadsheets, dashboards, and attribution models, and you can tell a story with data

  • A creative streak. You come up with growth ideas nobody else thinks of, then actually build them

  • You'd rather launch 10 tests this week than spend a month planning the perfect campaign

  • A hunger for a fast-paced environment where you ship in days, not quarters
