光電產品管理專員(PM)

1.負責新產品導入 : Laser Diode (LD)，並達成公司指派的業績目標及相關指標。
2.掌握市場動態及需求，依據業務推廣規劃出差行程。
3.管理並主導產品開發流程，跨部門合作(業務、研發、生產)及協調內部資源。
4.須熟悉Laser Diode (LD)、LED基本原理、製程、產品應用。
5.完成主管交辦事項

1.Lead the New Product Introduction of Laser Diode (LD) 。Achieve the sales targets and related KPIs assigned by the company.
2.Monitor market trends and customer demands, planing business travel schedules based on sales development strategies.
3.Manage and lead the product development process, collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, and Manufacturing teams while coordinating internal resources.
4.Possess a solid understanding of the fundamentals, manufacturing processes, and applications of Laser Diodes (LD) and LEDs.
5.Complete other tasks and assignments as delegated by the supervisor.
