光電工程師 Optical electrical engineer

工作職責：

• 建置光學測試平台，用於新技術概念驗證（Proof of Concept, POC）之參數量測與性能評估。
• 執行光學及影像子系統之校正、對準與驗證，包括雷射光學、相機、精密平台及運動控制系統等。
• 與機構、光學及軟體工程團隊密切合作，分析並解決系統整合問題，持續提升系統性能。
• 完整記錄系統配置、整合流程及問題解決方案，確保相關文件具備結構性與可追溯性。
• 協助推動系統整合流程及產品品質之持續改善。

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Establish optical test benches for parameter measurement and performance evaluation for new tech. proof of concept experiment.

• Execute system calibration, alignment, and verification of optical and imaging subsystems (e.g., laser optics, cameras, stages, motion control).

• Work closely with mechanical, optical, and software engineering teams to resolve system-level issues and improve performance.

• Document system configurations, integration procedures, and issue resolutions in a structured and traceable manner.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives for integration processes and product quality.
