光學設計工程師 Optical Design Engineer

服務於前端科技領域，您必須與機械 、光學、電子電路之方面的專家協作，以完成新型半導體設備光學系統設計工作。

學歷與經驗要求：

• 至少需具備光學、物理或相關工程學科的碩士學位，並有3年以上產業經驗。

• 擁有博士學位者尤佳。

• 精通光學設計、容差分析及分析軟體（如 Zemax、FRED、Code V）。

• 熟悉傅立葉光學與成像理論者優先。

• 熟悉機械3D建模設計軟體者優先。

• 具備光學系統校準的實務操作經驗。

• 具有產品開發經驗者尤佳。

技能要求：

• 能獨立作業，也能融入團隊開發工作。

• 自律且能適應快速變動的高科技環境。

• 具備優秀的書面及口頭溝通能力。

職責與工作內容：

• 執行詳細的光學設計、光學元件佈局與光線追跡（ray tracing）分析，用於新開發或改良的光學子系統。

• 依產品需求產出光學模組或系統的設計概念。

• 執行光學子系統與元件的波前分析（wavefront analysis）。

• 進行系統與子系統層級的光學容差分析。

• 與光學設計工程師及機械工程師/CAD設計師合作，進行原型與試產階段的詳細設計。

• 設計驗證測試。

• 制定測試計畫、撰寫測試程序、執行測試與數據分析，並評估測試結果，根據測試結果

調整設計。

• 執行主管指派的其他工作。

Working at the cutting edge of tech, you will have to work with other system developers including mechanical, optical, and electronic experts on the optical system design for new semiconductor equipment.

Education and experience

• Requires a minimum of a master’s degree in Optics, Physics, or relevant engineering discipline, plus 3 years of industrial experience.
• Ph.D degree is a plus.
• Expert in optical design, tolerancing, and analysis software (e.g. Zemax, FRED, Code V).
• Familiarity with Fourier optics, and image formation is an advantage.
• Familiarity with mechanical 3D solid modeling design software is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with optical system alignment.
• Experience with product development is a plus.

Skills:

• Ability to work either independently or as part of a development team.
• Self-motivation and ability to work in a fast-moving high-tech environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs detailed optical design, optical component layout, and ray tracing for new or improved optical subsystems.
• Generates optical module or system concepts to meet product requirements.
• Performs wavefront analysis of optical subsystems and components.
• Performs optical tolerance analysis at system and subsystem levels.
• Works with Optical Design Engineers and Mechanical Engineers/CAD Designers for prototype and pilot detailed design.
• Designs verification testing.
• Develops test plans, create test procedures, perform tests and data reduction, and evaluate test data. Modifies designs based on test results.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
