Guernsey Area Case Manager

The Case Manager position is responsible for working with clients through collaboration with professionals, schools, clinicians, and other providers to restore mental and emotional health by providing services directly relating to treatment and daily living.

  • Must possess a minimum of an associate’s degree related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred; Psychology, Counseling, Child Development or Social Work preferred. Years of relevant experience will be taken into consideration.
  • Exercises judgment in discriminating among many alternatives.
  • Provides solutions to problems that require the application of established practices.
  • Reference to supervision and precedents is available as needed.
  • Monitors a complex process where corrective action is immediate and critical.
  • Provides, at times, complex explanations to others that require some prior thought and planning.
