What You'll Do
Every day is an opportunity to create a memorable experience.
You'll:
- Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm.
- Making every guest calling in feel valued and heard.
- Engage with current guests and new prospects to schedule appointments or to provide guidance.
- Listen carefully to each guest's needs before guiding them to the right department.
- Build trust by communicating clearly and following through on every commitment.
- Maintain meaningful conversations across phone, text, and email.
- Help our service and sales teams create seamless guest experiences.
- Manage approximately 120-125 guest interactions daily while maintaining exceptional quality.
- Look for easy opportunities to exceed guest expectations instead of simply meeting them.
