Assists high-end retail customers with interior design needs, curates product displays, and drives sales in a luxury furniture showroom using design software and client service skills.

Responsibilities
- Engage customers to assess their interior design needs and provide tailored styling solutions that enhance their living spaces
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement attractive product displays and store layouts that elevate the showroom experience
- Continuously update knowledge of interior design trends and product features to advise customers effectively
- Schedule and manage appointments for Interior Design Services to support client project needs
- Proactively follow up on sales orders, deliveries, and claims to maintain excellent after-sales service and customer relationships
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Passion for creating exceptional in-store customer experiences
- Strong teamwork, interpersonal communication, and self-motivation skills
- Relevant experience considered for senior roles
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field is advantageous
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3D rendering software is a plus
- Open to candidates without prior work experience; competitive basic salary plus commission offered

Work Schedule:
- Five-day work week including weekends at Ion Orchard retail store
