Guest house Manager

Guest house located in Lavender/Little India area is hiring a manager

Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of front desk and perform duties such as guests’ check-in/out and payment process

• Manage centralized reservations and enquiries via online reservation system, email and phone

• Supervising a team of housekeepers on cleaning duties

• Co-ordinate on facilities repairment and property maintenance

• Other works such as coordinating with all third party vendors

Requirements:

• 5 years working experience in hostel sector

• Skills in customer service and guest relationship

• Energetic, fun-loving with a passion for meeting new people

• Degree or university level education
