Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide a professional first impression.
- Manage reservations and coordinate seating arrangements to optimize restaurant operations.
- Escort guests to their tables while ensuring a seamless arrival experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with professionalism and care.
- Coordinate closely with the restaurant team to ensure efficient communication and smooth service.
- Maintain accurate reservation records using the restaurant management system.
- Keep the reception and waiting area clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Promote menu highlights and special offers while enhancing the overall guest experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Hostess, Guest Relations, or similar role within a luxury 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Additional languages are highly desirable.
- Experience using restaurant or hotel reservation systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for guest service.
- Proven ability to anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations.
- Professional appearance and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
