- Recommend menu items and upsell daily specials
- Manage reservations and handle payments smoothly
- Keep the outlet clean, organised, and always guest-ready
- Support events, promotions, and daily operations
- Assist with basic inventory and adhere to hygiene standards
- Handle guest feedback professionally and step in to support where needed
