We're looking for a Guest Relations Manager (Security Manager) to lead the safety and security operations of our hotel. We're searching for someone with strong leadership, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to creating a safe, welcoming environment for our guests, residents, and team members.

As our Guest Relations Manager (Security Manager), you'll oversee all aspects of hotel security, emergency preparedness, and risk management while fostering a culture of safety across the property. You'll partner closely with operational leaders to ensure our guests enjoy an experience that feels effortless, secure, and uniquely The Standard.
What You'll Do
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Security department, ensuring a safe and secure environment throughout the property.
- Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
- Manage and mentor the Security team, fostering a culture of professionalism, accountability, and exceptional service, and continuous learning through structured training and development programs.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, safety inspections, and security audits to proactively identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Investigate security incidents, prepare detailed reports, preserve evidence, and coordinate follow-up actions as required.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement, emergency services, and relevant authorities when necessary.
- Partner with department leaders to ensure compliance with company standards, local regulations, and life safety requirements.
- Oversee CCTV systems, access control, key management, and other security technologies.
- Lead emergency responses efforts, including fire safety procedures, evacuation drills, crisis management, and business continuity planning.
- Promote a culture of safety awareness through training and ongoing communication with all team members.
