With six hotels currently in our portfolio, located in the heart of London, we’re looking for an experienced, ambitious, and energetic Night Guest Service Agent to join our team.

What you will be doing

You will be the ‘face and soul’ of our brand. You will also coordinate all front desk activities including preparing the space for our guests, taking calls, reservations, and requests, and dealing with guest issues pragmatically and empathetically.

As a Night Guest Service Agent, you should caring & attentive. The ideal candidate should be able to deal efficiently with complaints and have a solid customer service approach.
