The candidate will be responsible for providing a welcoming experience to guests and ensuring smooth day-to-day cinema operations. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests and assist them with their queries. Guide guests regarding movie screens, seating, and show timings. Assist guests with ticket checking and entry procedures. Maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction. Handle guest concerns politely and escalate issues when required. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the assigned area. Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth cinema operations. Follow company policies, safety standards, and service procedures. Eligibility Criteria Qualification: 10th or 12th pass. Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior customer service experience is an advantage. Skills: Good communication, a positive attitude, and a customer-friendly approach.
