As a Guest Service Professional, you'll be the friendly face guests see when they arrive. You'll welcome patients and visitors, provide directions, answer questions, assist with wayfinding, support transportation and parking operations, and help ensure every guest feels valued from the moment they arrive. Every interaction plays an important role in creating a safe, welcoming, and compassionate experience for those visiting the hospital.
MONDAY through FRIDAY: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m
