As a Cage Cashier/Guest Service Rep, you’ll be at the heart of the action; handling transactions, assisting guests, and ensuring accuracy while delivering top-notch service.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide friendly and professional service while making change, cashing out E-tickets, and processing slot payouts.
• Support our team by issuing banks to employees and departments.
• Accurately complete key transactions in accordance with Gaming regulations.
• Sign up and assist Rewards Members by explaining benefits, promotions, and perks.
• Keep cool under pressure and maintain composure in a busy environment.
• Take on additional tasks as needed to support the Cage and our guests.
