GUEST SERVICES REPRESENTATIVES

About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Pine Tree Inn on Ellsworth AFB. This position is considered regular part time. You are guaranteed 20 hours, however, could work up to 40 hours. As a regular employee you are eligible to earn leave and other NAF Benefits.

Receives and confirms room reservations; registers and assigns rooms to guest. Calculates and posts charges to patrons' accounts. Prepares and safeguards cash receipts, prepares a variety of daily reports. Ensures required information is received from guest. Ensures that customer service is the first priority.
