Guest Services Supervisor

We're looking for an energetic, outgoing, and guest-focused Guest Services Supervisor to join our team at Moxy San Diego Downtown/Gaslamp!

At Moxy, we do hospitality differently! As our Guest Services Supervisor, you'll help create a fun, welcoming, and memorable experience for every guest while supporting the daily operations of both our front desk and Moxy Bar.

You'll lead by example, motivate and support our crew, oversee guest services and bar operations, and ensure Marriott's service, safety, and quality standards are consistently met. From welcoming guests and resolving concerns to supporting bar service, monitoring daily operations, and driving revenue opportunities, you'll play a key role in delivering the unique Moxy experience.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, social environment, brings positive energy to every shift, and knows how to balance operational excellence with Moxy's bold, playful personality. Most importantly, you'll help build a strong team culture while ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless experience from check-in to their last drink at the bar.
