Position Overview

Be one of the friendly faces helping guests get their day at the mountain started off right. As a Guest Transit Host at Mt. Hood Meadows, you’ll help create a smooth, welcoming experience from the moment guests arrive in the parking lot. You’ll keep shuttle lines organized, assist with safe loading and unloading, answer questions, and help guests navigate their way around the resort.

You’ll work across multiple parking locations, communicating with guests, shuttle drivers, and other departments to keep transportation operations running safely and efficiently. You’ll monitor guest volumes, help manage shuttle lines and traffic flow, provide current resort information, and assist guests with whatever they need to get from the parking lot to the mountain.

If you enjoy working with people, staying active, and thrive in a fast-paced outdoor environment, this is a great opportunity to be right in the middle of the guest experience. You’ll spend your days outside, working alongside a great Transportation team and helping thousands of guests get where they need to go, even when the snow is coming down.
