職缺說明｜About the Role

本職位為公司品質管理的重要執行角色。您將參與從進料、加工製程到成品／出貨各階段的品質檢驗與管控，透過檢驗標準、量測數據及品質紀錄，確保產品符合圖面、規格及公司品質要求。
As a key member of our quality control team, you will be responsible for quality inspection and control throughout incoming materials, production processes, and finished products. Through inspection standards, measurement data, and quality records, you will help ensure that products meet drawings, specifications, and company quality requirements.

您不只是「找出不良品」，更需要協助釐清品質異常、留下完整紀錄，並與生產、工程、採購及相關單位共同追蹤改善結果。從發現問題、確認原因到改善完成，您會是確保品質問題真正被解決的重要一環。
Beyond identifying defects, you will assist in investigating quality issues, maintaining accurate records, and working closely with production, engineering, procurement, and other teams to follow through on corrective actions. You will play an important role in ensuring that quality issues are properly identified, tracked, and resolved.

必要條件｜Required Skills

2 年以上工程專案、生產計畫、供應鏈或物流經驗
2+ years in construction project support, production planning, or logistics

熟悉 Excel／Google Sheets，能製作表單與追蹤清單
Proficient in spreadsheets and tracking tools

可閱讀施工圖與材料清單（AutoCAD 基礎看圖能力）
Able to interpret basic CAD drawings and BOMs

有與設計／工務／倉儲／物流單位協作經驗
Experience coordinating across design, field, and logistics teams
