About The Role:
Seeking a skilled GUI Designer/Developer to build and optimize responsive, high-performance user interfaces using C++, Linux, Qt, and X11.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with teams to define project requirements and user needs.
- Design, develop, and optimize GUIs using Qt, C++, and Linux/X11.
- Implement user-friendly interfaces using Qt widgets, layouts, and stylesheets.
- Optimize GUI performance, rendering, and resource management.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback.
- Integrate UI components with backend systems and APIs.
- Stay current with Qt technologies and development best practices.
- Document processes and provide technical support to team members.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in C++, Qt, Qt Widgets, QML, and Qt Quick.
- Strong Linux knowledge.
- Solid understanding of X11 architecture and related libraries (Xlib, XCB).
- Experience with Git or similar version control systems.
