Description
- 負責產品研發專案之統籌、規劃、協調與執行，管理專案時程、資源配置及開發進度，確保專案如期完成。
- 管理產品開發流程，包含產品規格制定、技術可行性評估、風險分析，並產出相關專案文件及報告。
- 與客戶進行技術討論，釐清產品需求、規格及技術問題，並協調內部團隊提供解決方案。
- 追蹤專案執行進度、測試驗證及產品開發相關議題，及時排除問題並推動改善措施。
- 偕同研發、製造及其他跨部門團隊合作，整合資源與作業流程，確保專案目標順利達成。
- 具備製程相關經驗尤佳，如金屬焊接、板金加工、CNC加工等。
- Lead and coordinate product development projects, including project planning, resource allocation, schedule management, and execution to ensure on-time delivery.
- Manage the product development process, including product specifications, technical assessments, risk evaluations, and preparation of project documentation and reports.
- Conduct technical discussions with customers to clarify product requirements, specifications, and technical issues while coordinating internal teams to provide appropriate solutions.
- Track project schedules, product validation, and testing activities, proactively resolving issues and driving continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives and business requirements are achieved.
- Experience with manufacturing processes such as metal welding, sheet metal fabrication, CNC machining, or related production technologies is a plus.
