職務描述：
1. Drive business growth in server cooling solutions and AI/HPC markets.
2. Manage and expand relationships with global customers (brands / ODMs / OEMs) to ensure long-term partnerships.
3. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and achieve revenue growth targets.
4. Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with internal RD/PM teams to deliver customized solutions.
5. Work cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, and project management teams to ensure on-time delivery.
6. Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, pricing strategies, and account management practices.
7. Represent the company at key client meetings, industry events, and trade shows to strengthen business relationships.
