What we offer

  • Meaningful work with one of the pioneers of tourism in Lapland, where sustainability and quality are at the heart of everything we do.

  • An inspiring working environment: in your free time, you can enjoy the peace and beauty of Laplands nature – skiing, hiking, fishing or watching the Northern Lights.

  • The support of an encouraging work community: you will work in an international environment with the warm and relaxed atmosphere of a family-owned company.

  • A wide range of staff benefits and opportunities for personal and professional development.

  • Staff accommodation can be arranged if needed.

Your responsibilities

  • Safely and professionally guiding guests on a variety of activities, such as snowshoeing, snowmobile safaris, Northern Lights excursions and ice fishing.

  • Ensuring excellent guest experiences through warm, clear communication and professional service.

  • Preparing equipment and maintaining activity areas.

  • Working in the equipment storage and service area.

  • Following safety guidelines and company procedures.

  • Supporting the development of activity products and daily operations.

  • Reporting to the Activity Manager.

Who are we looking for?

You are responsible, proactive and passionate about the outdoors and customer service. You enjoy seasonal work where no two days are exactly the same and thrive in an international environment.

You have:

  • Solid experience in guiding or outdoor activities; previous experience in Lapland is considered an advantage.

  • Good physical fitness and a safety-first mindset.

  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Fluency in English; other language skills, such as Finnish, German or French, are considered an advantage.

  • A valid Category B driving licence.

  • A willingness to learn and develop your skills.

Ready for an adventure?

If you have a passion for nature, adventure and creating unforgettable guest experiences, you might be the person we are looking for.

Start date: Late November.

If this sounds like you and you are interested in joining our team, send us your application and CV. We would love to hear from you!
