We are looking for a Guidewire Policy Center Developer to join our team working on several large-scale insurance projects in Germany.

You will become part of a dynamic team working on a key product migration project, while also contributing to the development of new solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in Guidewire Policy Center 10 or higher and a strong background in system migrations. We are open also for engineers with less experience.

Your ideal background and skillset:

• Professional experience as a Guidewire Developer working with Guidewire Policy Center (version 10 or higher) – MUST HAVE

• Experience with product migration projects, preferably within the insurance industry

• Strong knowledge of Gosu, with the ability to write, debug, and optimize code

• Familiarity with APD in Guidewire will be a significant advantage

• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban

• Working proficiency in English

Nice to have, but not required:

• Experience with cloud technologies or relevant certifications

• Knowledge of German – English remains the main language used in the project
