1. Responsible for the day to day management of assigned vessels.
負責指定船舶的日常管理。
2. Mobilise to site if deemed necessary by the DPA.
如果 DPA 認為有必要，則動員至現場。
3. Prepare a budget for assigned vessels as requested.
根據要求，為指定船舶編列預算。
4. Monitor vessels certification and plan in any upcoming inspections and or surveys.
為了即將進行的檢查和/或調查，監控船舶證書和計劃。
5. Monitor vessel defects and work with procurement department to source parts.
監控船舶缺失並與採購部門合作採購備品。
6. Ensuring all maintenance and servicing as per the CWind Taiwan Planned maintenance system so as to ensure that the vessels remains operational at all times.
確保按照臺英風電計劃維護系統完成所有保養和維修，以確保船舶始終保持可營運狀態。
7. Ensure vessels technically available 98% on charter.
確保船舶於租賃期間技術面可用性達 98%。
8. Ensure all vessels and personnel working on-board those vessels are compliant with the CWind Taiwan
Integrated Management System (IMS).
確保所有船舶和在這些船舶上工作的人員都符合臺英風電整合式管理系統（IMS）。
9. Reviews all reported defects, analyses any significant defects and introduces measures to prevent reoccurrence.
審查所有回報的缺失，分析重大缺失並採取措施，防止再次發生。
10. Conduct or assist in any incident investigation.
進行或協助任何事故調查。
11. Require business travel such as regular vessel visit/audit.
必要時須出差現場進行船舶訪查/稽核。
12. Other requests made by line management from time to time.
其他主管交辦事項。
