About the Role:
In this role, you will act as the primary bridge between international clients and our internal teams. You will handle client inquiries, process orders, and play an active part in growing our brand internationally through direct communication and global trade exhibitions. Fresh graduates with exceptional English and Chinese language skills are highly preferred, though applicants with prior experience are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities:
● Customer Support & Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for
international clients, providing consistent support through professional emails,
calls, and virtual meetings.
● Quotation Handling: Respond to customer inquiries efficiently by preparing and
issuing accurate commercial quotations.
● Order Processing: Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment pipeline, ensuring
accurate data entry and coordinating timelines internally.
● International Exhibitions: Represent the company at international trade shows and
exhibitions to engage with existing clients and connect with potential new leads.
● Market Analysis: Keep a pulse on global industry trends, providing insights to help
optimize our market positioning.
