國貿業務 / Merchandiser(出口歐美市場)

Overview 職位概述
You will support the export order cycle for household, kitchenware and plastic products, from customer inquiry, quotation and sampling to supplier follow-up and shipment, working with customers and factories every day.
您將負責家居、廚具及塑膠製品的出口訂單執行,從客戶詢價、報價、打樣,到供應商跟進與出貨,日常與客戶及工廠密切合作。

Responsibilities 工作內容

• Handle customer inquiries and prepare quotations after confirming costs with factories.

接收客戶詢價,與工廠確認成本後完成報價。

• Follow up on sampling and mass-production orders to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

跟進樣品開發與量產訂單,掌握生產進度、品質與交期,確保準時出貨。

• Communicate with suppliers on prices and lead times, with support from senior colleagues.

在資深同仁協助下,與供應商溝通價格與交期。

• Communicate with overseas customers (US/EU and others) on order changes, claims and after-sales issues.

與歐美及其他海外客戶保持溝通,處理訂單變更、客訴與售後。

• Coordinate with internal shipping and QC teams and keep order documents organized.

與內部船務、品管等部門協調,並維護訂單相關文件。

• Support OEM/ODM product development, including materials, tooling and costing.

協助 OEM/ODM 新品開發,掌握材質、模具與成本。

Requirements 必要條件

• 5+ years of export merchandising or international sales experience in a trading company (export-focused, not domestic sales).

5 年以上貿易公司出口業務、Merchandiser 或國外業務經驗,以出口為主,非內銷。

• Familiar with quotation, order follow-up and shipment, with basic price negotiation skills.

熟悉報價、訂單跟進與出貨流程,具備基本價格談判能力。

• Good spoken and written English.

英文聽說讀寫良好。

• Self-motivated, resilient under pressure, organized, responsible and a good team player.

主動積極,抗壓性佳,具團隊合作精神,做事有條理、負責任。

Preferred 加分條件

• Experience in household, kitchenware or plastic injection products, or similar consumer goods such as hardware, gifts, stationery and bags.

熟悉家居用品、廚具或塑膠射出產業,或五金、禮品、文具、箱包等相近消費品。

• Experience with US/EU customers.

有歐美客戶合作經驗。

• OEM development experience.

有 OEM 開發經驗。
