國內業務專員Technical Sales Specialist【高雄路竹Kaohsiung】

此職務為萬潤科技先進封裝設備團隊的重要成員，
需具備技術背景與業務特質，協助客戶需求釐清、專案推進與設備導入，
扮演客戶與內部技術團隊之間的溝通橋樑。

【工作內容】
1. 協助國內客戶之業務開發與既有客戶維繫
2. 與客戶工程／設備單位進行需求確認與技術討論
3. 參與設備專案之 PM 工作（進度追蹤、會議協調、文件整理）
4. 跨部門協作（FAE／RD／CS），協助專案順利執行
5. 協助報價、專案簡報與內外部會議準備
6. 以英文與原廠或海外窗口進行日常溝通
7. 回饋市場與客戶資訊，協助主管掌握專案狀況

【加分條件】

• 曾任設備工程師、製程工程師或 FAE
• 具專案管理或跨部門協作經驗
• 有與國外原廠或客戶合作經驗

As a key member of All Ring Tech's Advanced Packaging Equipment Team, this position requires a combination of technical knowledge and sales capabilities.

The successful candidate will support customer requirements clarification, project coordination, and equipment implementation, serving as a key liaison between customers and internal technical teams.

Job Responsibilities
1.Support domestic business development activities and maintain relationships with existing customers.
2.Communicate with customers' engineering and equipment teams to identify requirements and conduct technical discussions.
3.Participate in equipment project management (PM) activities, including progress tracking, meeting coordination, and documentation management.
4.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Field Application Engineering (FAE), Research & Development (R&D), and Customer Service (CS), to ensure smooth project execution.
5.Assist in preparing quotations, project presentations, and internal and external meetings.
6.Communicate with overseas suppliers, manufacturers, or international counterparts in English on a regular basis.
7.Collect and provide market insights and customer feedback to support management in monitoring project status and business opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications
1.Previous experience as an Equipment Engineer, Process Engineer, or Field Application Engineer (FAE).
2.Experience in project management or cross-functional collaboration.
3.Experience working with overseas equipment manufacturers, suppliers, or international customers.
