國外業務主管

1. 海外客戶開發與維護International Customer Development & Management
•負責海外市場之客戶開發、聯繫及業務拓展。Develop and expand overseas customers and new business opportunities.
•維持良好客戶關係，了解客戶需求並提供適當的產品及服務。Maintain strong customer relationships and understand customer needs to provide appropriate products and services.
•定期追蹤客戶需求、市場趨勢及競爭狀況。Monitor customer requirements, market trends, and competitive activities.

2. 報價與訂單管理Quotation & Order Management
•負責產品報價、價格協商及訂單處理。Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and manage customer orders.
•追蹤訂單交期、出貨及客戶需求，確保訂單順利執行。Follow up on order status, delivery schedules, shipments, and customer requirements.
•處理客戶詢問、客訴及相關商務問題。Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and business-related issues.

3. 跨部門協調Cross-functional Coordination
•與業務、客服、生產、品管、採購、物流及財務等部門合作，確保客戶需求及訂單順利執行。Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Production, Quality, Purchasing, Logistics, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth order execution.
•協助處理交期、品質、價格及其他客戶相關問題。Coordinate the resolution of delivery, quality, pricing, and other customer-related issues.

4. 市場與業務分析Market & Sales Analysis
•蒐集及分析海外市場、客戶及競爭對手資訊。Collect and analyze information on overseas markets, customers, and competitors.
•製作業務報表、銷售預測及相關分析資料。Prepare sales reports, sales forecasts, and business analyses.
•達成公司設定之業務目標及銷售業績。Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.

5. 其他工作Other Responsibilities
•配合公司參與國際展覽、客戶拜訪及海外出差。Participate in international exhibitions, customer visits, and overseas business trips as required.
•執行主管交辦之其他業務相關工作。Perform other business-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
