國外應用工程師(英語) (台南)

從事業務活動輔助、售前產品應用規劃討論及教學、售後產品客訴問題解決

1.產品推廣協助(協同業務人員處理客戶需求及產品推廣)。
2.回覆客戶使用產品所遇到應用技術的問題，提供產品技術諮詢。
3.提供客戶技術服務，必要時外勤至客戶處安裝、檢修儀器設備。
4.回覆客服郵件，回應並處理產品客訴抱怨。
5.產品樣機模擬測試及展示機製作。
6.協助研發單位進行新產品相關測試並提供意見。

Engage in sales support activities, including pre-sales product application planning, discussions and training, and post-sales issue resolution.

1.Assist in product promotion (collaborate with sales personnel to address customer needs and support product promotion).
2.Respond to technical inquiries from customers regarding product usage and provide technical consultation.
3.Provide technical services to customers, including on-site visits for equipment installation and maintenance when necessary.
4.Respond to customer service emails and handle product complaints and issues.
5.Conduct demo testing and produce demonstration units.
6.Assist the R&D department with new product testing and provide feedback.
