Job Description:
JSL Technologies is seeking a GWS and NFCS Procurement and Logistics Support Specialist to provide procurement, equipment movement coordination, logistics, and project and program management support for Gun Weapon System and Naval Fires Control System activities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide logistics and material procurement support for Gun Weapon System and Naval Fires Control System requirements.
· Support material procurement activities using Navy ERP material shipping and movement forms.
· Coordinate movement of equipment to and from warehouses and staging locations.
· Execute or support procurement actions using P-cards, MILSTRIPs, General Services Administration vehicles, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and DLA Troop procurement methods, as applicable.
· Use the Procurement Request Tool for procurement request management, as applicable.
· Support team leads with project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, financial plans, allocation plans, and Task Planning Sheets through the NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System.
· Facilitate stakeholder communication, manage data calls, coordinate or host meetings, and support development and validation of Program, Command, and Engineering documentation.
· Obtain general knowledge of Gun Weapon System program requirements and logistics processes through On-the-Job Training.
