Location: Cashew MRT
Salary: $2,000 - $2,200 per month
Duration: Contract until January 2029 (Possible extension)
Job Responsibilities
- Attend to enquiries and handle feedback professionally.
- Conduct basic facility briefings for members and visitors.
- Support staff onboarding and administrative coordination.
- Perform routine gym equipment checks and report maintenance issues.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Enforce facility rules and usage guidelines.
- Perform data entry, record maintenance, and report preparation.
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Working Hours
4-Day Work Week (Rotational Schedule)
- Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM (3-hour break)
- Friday: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM (2-hour break)
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM & 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- Sunday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Responsible, organised, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment.
- Prior administrative or customer service experience will be an advantage.
