Gym Receptionist

About the role

Do you have experience in gym reception and want a morning schedule, from Monday to Friday? From ITemporing Alcobendas, we are looking to hire a Receptionist to join a Premium sports club in Madrid, where you will be the point of reference for members and will combine customer service with consultative selling.

What you'll do

• You will be the first image of the club: you will attend to members and visitors with Premium service.
• You will present the club and close new member registrations in Deporwin.
• You will sell personal training and Protein Gastronomy products.
• You will manage the club's schedule and services: welcome sessions, aesthetics, hairdressing, events.
• You will convert Instagram leads into new members.
• You will maintain control of fees, cancellations, lockers, and Drive records.

What we're looking for

• 2 years of experience in gym reception or sports club
• Experience in sales and member acquisition.
• Proficiency in gym management software (Deporwin is valued; others such as Resasport, Sportmanager, etc. are also valued).
• Customer-oriented attitude and good presentation.
• Proficiency in basic tools (Drive, WhatsApp Business).

Nice to have

We will value: knowledge of Instagram for lead management, experience in Premium profile clubs.

What you'll get

• Contract through an ETT (Temporary Employment Agency) with subsequent transition to permanent staff.
• 25-hour work week
• Schedule from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 14:00
• Salary €16,437 Gross annual.
