• Position: Gymnastics Coach – Artistic Gymnastics
• Location: Orchard
• Working Days: 6 Days Week (Off Day on Weekday)
• Working Hours: 36 Hours a Week
• Salary: Basic up to $4,500 Basic + Performance Bonus
• Benefits: 15 Days Annual Leave + Medical + Learning and Development Budget
• Duration: Permanent

• Our client is an established gymnastics academy in Singapore providing structured coaching programmes for children and young athletes. They are currently looking for an enthusiastic Gymnastics Coach to conduct safe, engaging and progressive training sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct gymnastics lessons for children.
• Coach fundamental and progressive skills based on students’ abilities.
• Demonstrate techniques and ensure proper safety practices.
• Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Adapt coaching methods for different ages and skill levels.
• Maintain a safe and positive training environment.
• Communicate with parents on student progress when required.
• Support events, assessments and academy activities.

Requirements:

• Experience as a gymnast, gymnastics coach or assistant coach.
• Artistic gymnastics experience will be advantageous.
• Enjoys working with children and supporting their development.
• Good communication, demonstration and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, encouraging and safety-conscious.
• Coaching, first-aid or sports certification will be advantageous.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays when required.
