H.SCM Senior Manager/Director

Job Purpose:
Lead the overall supply chain strategy and operational integration across Procurement, Warehousing & VAS, Logistics, Demand & Supply Planning/S&OP, and Supplier Management. Drive cross-functional collaboration, process optimization, and data-driven management to ensure supply continuity, healthy inventory levels, competitive cost, service excellence, and supply chain resilience in support of business growth and corporate objectives.

Description of Job Duties
1. Procurement

• Develop sourcing strategies and annual procurement plans to ensure stable supply of raw materials, packaging materials, and other critical supplies.
• Lead supplier negotiations, commercial terms, contract management, and procurement cost optimization.
• Establish sourcing risk management and contingency mechanisms to mitigate shortages, price volatility, and single-source dependency.

2. Warehousing & VAS

• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, receiving, shipping, storage location, and space planning.
• Manage VAS activities including packing, labeling, assembly, rework, and repacking.
• Improve warehouse utilization, labor productivity, inventory accuracy, and operational quality.
• Establish and continuously enhance warehouse SOPs, safety standards, and operational efficiency.

3.Logistics

• Plan and manage domestic and international transportation, distribution, and third-party logistics providers.
• Ensure customer orders are delivered accurately, on time, and efficiently.
• Continuously optimize transportation routes, load utilization, delivery efficiency, and logistics cost.
• Establish logistics KPIs and exception management mechanisms to improve OTIF and customer service performance.

4.Demand & Supply Planning

• Lead demand and supply planning by integrating sales forecasts, production capacity, inventory, and procurement plans.
• Align Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Finance, and Supply Chain on demand-supply balance.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels while reducing stockout, obsolescence, excess inventory, and working capital risks.
• Improve forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, service level, and supply flexibility.

5.Supplier Management

• Establish supplier selection, onboarding, performance management, improvement, and replacement mechanisms.
• Regularly review supplier performance in quality, delivery, cost, service, and risk.
• Drive supplier improvement and strategic partnerships to strengthen overall supply chain competitiveness.
• Establish business continuity and risk management mechanisms for key suppliers to ensure supply stability.

6.Lead the Supply Chain team with clear organizational accountability, talent development, and performance management.
