1. 開發及維繫法人客戶關係，推廣國際聯貸、自貸及相關法人金融業務。
2. 主導授信案件評估與承作，規劃融資架構及授信條件。
3. 參與收購融資、船舶融資、再生能源及基礎建設等專案融資業務。
4. 協調授信案件內部審查、核准及撥貸流程，推動案件順利完成。
5. 執行貸後管理與風險監控，持續追蹤客戶營運、財務狀況及產業發展趨勢。

1. Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, promoting syndicated loans, bilateral loans, and related corporate banking products and services.
2. Lead the evaluation and execution of credit facilities, including structuring financing solutions and negotiating lending terms and conditions.
3. Participate in project finance transactions, including acquisition finance, ship finance, renewable energy financing, and infrastructure financing projects.
4. Coordinate internal credit review, approval, and loan disbursement processes to ensure the successful execution of financing transactions.
5. Conduct ongoing portfolio management and risk monitoring by tracking clients business performance, financial condition, and industry developments.
