The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.

-Develop overall operational strategies for local Chinese Seller businesses in Philippines based on platform business direction and data analysis.
-This includes but is not limited to increasing existing sellers businesses performance and new seller acquisition strategy, coordinating across departments for projects execution.
-Streamline the processes of platform BAU or specify program, identify Chinese seller business issues or seller management workflow , and collaboratively assist in optimization of platform products and business operation.
-Independently conduct research and analysis on business issues, break down project goals with formulate action plans, track project progress, and conduct post-project success reviews.
