About Us The Blonde Tourage is a boutique hair salon in the heart of Club Street, specialising in blonde, colour, and extensions. We're a close-knit team obsessed with craft, consistency, and creating a beautiful client experience — and we're looking for a Hair Assistant to grow with us.
The Role You'll work closely with our stylists and colourists, supporting every stage of the client journey — from prep to finish. This is a great opportunity to sharpen your skills in a fast-paced, high-standard salon environment.
What You'll Do
- Assist stylists with shampooing, blow-drying, and basic colour application (foils, toner mixing, etc.)
- Prep and maintain colour stations and tools
- Ensure the salon floor is always guest-ready — clean, stocked, and welcoming
- Support front-of-house with client greetings and refreshments when needed
- Learn hands-on from Directors & Master colourists.
What We're Looking For
- Some prior salon experience preferred (internship, apprenticeship, or assistant role)
- A genuine passion for hair and eagerness to learn blonde/colour techniques
- Punctual, well-presented, and a team player
- Comfortable working full-time, including weekends
- Good English communication skills
