HAIR CARE CONSULTANT

Responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Achieve personal and group target
• Daily duty activities including upkeep outlet’s cleanliness, answer phone calls and equipment maintenance
• Regular scalp check for customers
• Provide consultation and recommend suitable treatments for the customer
• Exercise full treatment compliance
• Provide after sales & after treatment follow up with customers
• Provide onsite training to junior/new hired consultant
• Training will be provided
