HAIR SALON MANAGER

Job Responsibilities

Fully oversee the daily operations of the hair salon, including scheduling, attendance, store image, and hygiene standards.

Develop and execute sales targets and marketing campaigns to increase foot traffic, customer retention, and overall revenue.

Manage the salon team (stylists, assistants, front desk, etc.), including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and team building.

Handle customer complaints and maintain VIP client relationships to ensure a high-quality service experience and customer satisfaction.

Control costs and inventory, manage product purchasing, consumables usage, and daily business data reports.

Job Requirements

Management experience is preferred but not required; candidates with strong potential will also be considered.

Strong sales ability, data analysis skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Excellent team leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage staff effectively.

Professional appearance and demeanor, strong service awareness, and the ability to handle unexpected situations and customer relationships.
